Premium Will Service FAQ
What is a premium Will?
Our premium Will service is made for people with complex estates where our online service falls short, or for those who simply prefer a personal service. Our premium service is provided directly by video call with one of our Will writing specialists, and the service can be fully customised to your specific needs. This service is recommended for those with assets in multiple countries, those with complex family situations, or those with complex wishes.
What is the difference between the premium Will service and the online will service?
The premium Will service is a bespoke service that is tailored to your specific needs and is typically conducted via video call. The online Will service is a more general service that is suitable for most people with straightforward wishes and is conducted on your own using our online platform. Other than the difference in processes, the premium Will service offers full flexibility in terms of the appointments and distributions. If you are unsure which service is right for you, we have a short questionnaire that can help you decide.
What does the premium Will service include?
The premium Will service includes a 1 hour in depth estate planning meeting with one of our Will specialists, a draft Will for your review with multiple amendments until you are ready to sign the Will. We will provide signing instructions for you to sign your Will with witnesses of your choice. If you have children, this service will also include the appointment of permanent and temporary guardians for your children. The appointments and distributions are flexible and we will take into account all of your needs to make appropriate suggestions on how to adjust your Will for the benefit of your beneficiaries.
Does the premium Will service include investment or tax advice?
Our premium Will service will take into account your investments and potential inheritance tax exposure to suggest the best solution on the distribution of the estate, however, we are not financial or tax professionals, and will therefore refer you to our partners when proper advice is required.
How does the signing and witnessing work?
We will provide you with instructions to sign your Will with witnesses of your choice.
