Estate Planning Session United Kingdom FAQ FAQ

What is the NobleWills Estate Planning Session?

The NobleWills Estate Planning Session is a private one-to-one video meeting with a Will specialist. It is designed to help you organise your wishes, understand key estate planning decisions, and prepare for the right next step in your Will planning.

Can I book the estate planning session as a first step only?

Yes. You can take the session as a standalone first step if you would like guidance before choosing a full Will service.

Does the Estate Planning Session include Will drafting?

No. This service does not include drafting or issuing a Will document. It is a guidance session focused on planning strategy and decision-making.

Is it useful to do the estate planning session with a NobleWills Will product?

Yes, it can be very useful. Clients often use both concurrently to get additional support on executors, guardians, distribution planning, family scenarios, and overseas assets before finalising their Will.

Can the session fee be offset if I later choose a premium service?

Yes. If you proceed to our premium service after completing the estate planning session, the session fee will be deducted from the full premium service fee.

What does an estate planning session typically cover?

A typical session covers practical guidance on executor appointments, guardianship choices, distribution structure, and cross-border estate considerations. It is intended to provide clear direction before completing your estate plan.

Do I always need an Estate Planning Session for the Online Will Service?

Not always. It is required only in certain circumstances, such as where gifts of property are involved in the Online Will Service.
