Estate Planning Session Malaysia FAQ FAQ

What is the NobleWills Estate Planning Session?

The NobleWills Estate Planning Session is a private video consultation with a Will specialist. It helps you organise your estate wishes, understand major planning decisions, and prepare for the most suitable next step in your Will planning journey.

Can I start with only an estate planning session before buying a Will product?

Yes, you can. The session can be booked as a standalone first step if you prefer to receive guidance before deciding on a full Will service.

Does the estate planning consultation include preparing a Will document?

No. The estate planning consultation does not include drafting or issuing a Will. Its purpose is to provide guidance so you can make better estate planning decisions before selecting a Will product.

Can I use the estate planning session at the same time as a NobleWills Will product?

Yes. Clients commonly use the session alongside a NobleWills Will product when they want deeper support on executors, guardians, beneficiary shares, family arrangements, or overseas assets.

Will the estate planning session fee be deducted if I proceed later?

If you decide to proceed with our premium service after the session, the estate planning session fee will be offset against the full premium service amount.

What does a Malaysia estate planning session usually cover?

The session typically covers executors, guardianship planning, distribution structure, and cross-border estate points. It is suitable for clients who want practical guidance before finalising their estate plan.

Is an Estate Planning Session mandatory for the Online Will Service?

An Estate Planning Session is required only in selected cases, for example when giving gifts of property under the Online Will Service.
