Estate Planning Session Hong Kong FAQ FAQ
What is a NobleWills Estate Planning Session?
The NobleWills Estate Planning Session is a private one-to-one video call with our Will specialist. It helps you organise your wishes, understand key estate planning decisions, and prepare for the right next step for your Will planning.
Can I book the estate planning session as a standalone service?
Yes. You can book this as a standalone estate planning session first if you want professional guidance before deciding on a full Will service. Many clients in Hong Kong use this option to clarify priorities before moving forward.
Does the Estate Planning Session include writing or drafting a Will?
No. The Estate Planning Session does not include drafting or issuing a Will. It is a guidance and strategy session designed to help you plan your estate decisions and determine which NobleWills Will service is most suitable for your needs.
Should I take the estate planning session together with a NobleWills Will product?
For many clients, yes. The session can be used concurrently with a NobleWills Will product when you want additional support on executors, guardians, distributions, family circumstances, or overseas assets before finalising your Will.
Is the estate planning session fee deductible from the cost of the Will?
If you decide to proceed with our premium service after your estate planning session, your session fee will be deducted from the full premium service amount.
What is included in a Hong Kong estate planning session call?
Your estate planning session covers practical guidance on executors, guardians, asset distribution, and cross-border considerations. It is ideal for clients who want clear expert direction before completing their estate plan.
Is an Estate Planning Session required?
