Estate Planning Session Singapore FAQ FAQ

What is a NobleWills Estate Planning Session?

A NobleWills Estate Planning Session is a private one-to-one video consultation with a Will specialist. It helps you structure your wishes, understand key estate planning choices, and decide the best next step before completing your Will plan.

Can I book the estate planning session on its own first?

Yes. You may book it as a standalone estate planning consultation to get early guidance before choosing a full Will service. This is useful if you want clarity before committing to a specific package.

Does the Estate Planning Session include drafting or issuing a Will?

No. This session is for strategy and guidance only, and it does not include drafting or issuing a Will document. It is intended to help you make informed decisions before moving to a Will product.

Should I use the estate planning session together with a NobleWills Will product?

Often, yes. Many clients pair the session with a NobleWills Will product when they want extra support on executors, guardians, distributions, family situations, or overseas assets before finalising their instructions.

Can the estate planning session fee be credited if I proceed to a Will service?

If you move forward with our premium service after the estate planning session, the session fee is deducted from the total premium service price.

What topics are covered in an estate planning session in Singapore?

The consultation covers practical estate planning topics such as executors, guardians, asset distribution, and cross-border considerations. It is designed to give clear direction before you complete your estate plan.

Is an Estate Planning Session required for the Online Will Service?

It is only required in certain scenarios, such as when you want to give gifts of property through the Online Will Service.
